Dyed fibres

Goonvean Fibres is able to supply high quality fibres and flocks in a comprehensive range of fibre types, lengths and decitex (dtex) including Viscose Rayon, Polyamide (nylon) and Polyester. Working closely with our dye partner we can meet your exact specification using our extensive on site laboratory facilities, just send us a sample or quote a pantone reference and we will do the rest.

Products

Viscose Rayon is available in a variety of precision cut lengths from 0.35mm to 10mm and ground flocks from 250 micron. Diameter is available in 0.95 dtex, 1.7 dtex, 3.3 dtex, 5 dtex, 9 dtex and 28 dtex in either a bright or matt lustre depending on the end application. There is a standard range of 22 colours available normally ex stock including shades or reds, blues, greens, yellows, black and white.

Polyamide (nylon) is available in a variety of precision cut lengths from 0.5mm to 4.5mm and ground flocks from 250 micron. Diameters available include in 1.7 dtex, 3.3 dtex, 6.7 dtex, and 22 dtex and 3.3 dtex tri-lobal in either full dull, dull, semi dull or bright lustre depending on the end application. Some colours are available ex stock but please contact us for more information. 

Polyester is available in a variety of precision cut lengths from 0.5mm to 6mm and ground flocks from 250 micron. Diameters available include in 1.7 dtex, 2.1 dtex and 3.3 dtex in either semi dull or bright lustre depending on the end application. These fibres are not dyed but can be treated for electrostatic use.

Cellulose is available as a ground flock from 100 to 500 micron. As a specialist material this is produced for specific customer orders and is therefore not available ex stock, please contact us for more information. 

Wool is available as a ground flock from 125 to 1000 micron. As a specialist material this is produced for specific customer orders and is therefore not available ex stock, please contact us for more information.

Dyed fibres and flocks are used in many industries such as automotive interiors, construction, cosmetics, paper & packaging, toys, furniture, decoration, shoes & leather and textiles.
